Concierge Counseling:
Concierge counseling can be looked at as a more collaborative and focused form of therapy service. 

• The relationship I have with my clients can be described as a true partnership. Together, we will tackle a wide variety of issues and concerns resulting in longer and faster results.
• There is a consultative piece that allows me to act as a life coach assisting you in day to day responsibilities.
• As my client you will experience a level of responsiveness you wouldn’t get in traditional counseling. You will have the ability to text, email, or call me in between scheduled sessions.

Virtual Counseling:
I am pleased to offer virtual counseling to all clients. I have had the privilege of conducting counseling sessions in a virtual setting for over 8 years now and I believe it provides amazing amount of flexibility and convenience to my clients. All sessions are conducted on a HIPAA protected platform which allows discretion and complete confidentiality. It's time to work on being the best version of yourself...right from the comfort of your own home!
